We still have a limited number of exhibit tables available in our expanded exhibit area, located down the hallway that attendees will travel through for lunch, the networking session, and the happy hour.
Traffic in these locations will be strongest during those scheduled activity times, and we want to be transparent as you evaluate the opportunity. That said, one of the unique advantages of HCCT is that exhibitors have the ability to engage with attendees throughout the conference beyond just their exhibit table.
HCCT is intentionally designed to create meaningful interaction during sessions, breaks, lunch, and networking functions, giving exhibitors multiple opportunities to connect with healthcare leaders over the course of the event.
